Responsibilities:

  • Support digital development for onboarding in digibank by ensuring it has superior customer journey that meets with customer needs in regards with account opening in digibank.
  • Act as primary liaison between the digibank delivery, digibank tech and business/product owners.
  • Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
  • Develop Customer Journey together with CE, UI/UX, Business/product, etc to deliver customer relevant journey
  • Ensure the User Stories, and narrative created by delivery team is aligned with the designed CJ
  • Ensure customer’s digital journeys are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assist in roadmap preparation and support budget allocation.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure proper project governance.

Requirements

  • Have experience in managing digital product or platform, customer experience, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
