Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to Treasures clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Process and manage a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account maintenance
• Assist with the resolution of client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Have experience in a customer service or back-office role within the banking industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking systems and software applications
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
