Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Control Admin to oversee the documentation and financial administration of our branch operations. You will verify operational expenses, reconcile vendor and internal data, and track invoices and reimbursements.

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Control Admin to oversee the documentation and financial administration of our branch operations. You will verify operational expenses, reconcile vendor and internal data, and track invoices and reimbursements.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify operational expenses and input data to provide a solid baseline for field operations at branch offices.
- Collect, verify, and input complete order documentation such as Delivery Orders, Job Orders, and SPK into the master database.
- Verify and reconcile order data and results from both vendor and internal operational activities.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive summaries and records of all daily order activities.
- Ensure the availability and timely allocation of operational funds across all branch locations.
- Track and monitor the status of reimbursement processes, invoices, operational costs, and revenues for all branch activities.
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic formulas.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of documents and numbers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to monitor multiple branches effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with internal operations and external vendors.
- Basic understanding of financial terms including costs, revenue, invoices, and reimbursement
