Document Controller - Data Center Project

We are looking for a reliable Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation for a Tier III Data Center project.

• Manage project documents (drawings, reports, contracts, technical submissions)
• Maintain document control system and version tracking
• Ensure proper document distribution and filing
• Coordinate with all departments for submissions and approvals
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and procedures
• Maintain logs and reporting for document tracking
• Support preparation and control of MOP and MOS documentation
• Monitor as-built drawings and project records

• Diploma/Bachelor in relevant field
• Min. 2–3 years experience in Data Center projects
• Mandatory: Document Control / ISO Documentation Certification
• Familiar with EDMS systems
• Able to use AutoCAD
• Able to read technical drawings and documents
• Able to support preparation and control of MOP and MOS documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work on-site in Cikarang
