Document Controller (Modules Division)

Job Summary

Document Controller (QA) responsible for managing and maintaining QA/QC documentation and quality records, including monitoring and distributing incoming and outgoing communications, preparing and maintaining Request for Inspection (RFI) logs and status reports, organizing project reports and ensuring documents are properly reviewed and accepted by the Client and Class, keeping the Quality Management System records updated, and supporting the implementation of Company Quality objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure incoming and outgoing communication are monitored, disseminated and attended and that relevant Quality Records are keep / maintained ready for auditing
• To prepare incoming and outgoing logs for Requested of Inspection (RFI)
• To keep and maintain RFI status reports
• To keep files on Project reports, indexed, monitored and ensure that all reports had been checked accepted by Client and Class
• To ensure that Quality System record are updated
• Responsible for maintaining Company Quality objected are followed
  
  

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Senior High school or 3 years experience in this line
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel) and computer literally in MS work and Excel
• Development ability with Database software such as MS Access
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude, independent, hardworking and in time delivery document to client.
• Additional clerical experience will be advantage
• Fluently in written and spoken English
• To directly responsible person quite and fast action to profile any enquire, request and issue to meet the client expectation.
