Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Driver Recruitment & Selection

Bertanggung jawab atas proses rekrutmen driver, mulai dari menyebarkan info lowongan, melakukan verifikasi dokumen, praktik test (truck & forklift)

  • Driver Training & Development

Menyelenggarakan program induction dan pelatihan untuk pengemudi

  • Driver Engagement & Industrial Relations

Menjaga hubungan baik dengan driver, melakukan coaching, menangani dispute, serta memastikan implementasi kebijakan manajemen driver berjalan efektif

  • Driver Termination

Melakukan exit interview, serta penyelesaian administrasi pasca-termination

Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan Minimal SMA/SMK untuk semua Jurusan
  • Memiliki Pengalaman Kerja Minimal 2 Tahun
  • Memiliki SIM B2 Umum
  • Memiliki Sertifikasi SIO Forklift
