About the Role
We’re looking for an Employee Benefits – Medical Specialist professional to support corporate clients through medical expertise, claim advisory, and strong relationship management. You will work closely with clients, providers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and effective health benefit solutions.
What You’ll Do

Review and provide medical assessment for health insurance claims.

Support claim resolution and ensure timely case handling.

Act as a trusted advisor for corporate clients on Employee Benefits and health-related matters.

Provide medical insights to support underwriting and risk assessment.

Analyze claim trends and prepare actionable recommendations.

Coordinate with providers, TPAs, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Support client meetings and presentations with clear medical and insurance insights.
What We’re Looking For

Medical Doctor (active STR preferred).
-
1–3 years of experience, preferably in insurance (broker / insurer / TPA).

Understanding of Employee Benefits, especially Group Health.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
