Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.00).
- Min. 5-10 years of working experience in the same field.
- Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes
- Solid understanding of factory utility systems, industrial automation, and control systems.
- Have knowledge of energy management and CAPEX project management for plant modification projects.
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) practices and compliance with government regulations.
- Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software).
- Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.
- Conduct design planning, technical supervision, and operational maintenance.
- Ensure that all projects, machines, or systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to established standards (SOPs).
