Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical engineering team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Oversee system design, testing, and implementation to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Production, and Project Management).
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Evaluate and improve engineering processes for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all technical operations comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Support product innovation, prototype testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or engineering management roles.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Experience in drone technology, robotics, or aerospace systems is a strong advantage.
