We are expanding our Enterprise Solutions team and are looking for an ambitious, high energy Enterprise Account Manager who thrives on new business acquisition. If you possess the refined communication skills to engage C level executives, the resilience to master cold outreach, and the drive to close high impact corporate deals, this role is built for you.
Your Focus Areas
- Drive Market Expansion : Conduct strategic outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and executive LinkedIn networking to introduce Algoritma to new corporate accounts.
- Engage Enterprise Leaders : Initiate meaningful business conversations directly with CHROs, CTOs, and Heads of Learning and Development to identify their corporate talent gaps.
- Manage the Complete Sales Lifecycle : Own the deal from the initial cold introduction to the final contract signature, working closely with our teams to present tailored upskilling solutions.
- Minimum Qualifications: Proven Track Record : Experience in B2B corporate sales, with a background that proves you can successfully navigate enterprise structures and overcome outreach objections.
- Tech Intellectual Curiosity : While coding skills are not required, you possess a strong interest in technology and can confidently discuss how data science and AI drive corporate value.
- Polished Presenter : You are an exceptional communicator, highly capable of commanding a room whether you are conducting a phone discovery call or delivering an in person boardroom pitch.
- Bilingual Proficiency : You are fully fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, enabling you to seamlessly collaborate with local conglomerates and multinational clients.
