Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal departments, and external business partners.
Handle and organize business communications, including emails, letters, and confidential documents.
Track, monitor, and follow up on action items arising from meetings and ongoing projects.
Support data gathering, reporting, and analysis to assist operational and strategic decision-making.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information at all times.
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Background in Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Business Administration is a plus.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Willing to work flexible hours when required.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling tasks and documentation.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills to support business decision-making.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
