We are looking for a proactive and skilled Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top talent for various executive positions.

Role: Executive Recruitment Consultant

What You'll Do:
 Identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Research industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
Provide market insights to clients on talent acquisition trends

What We're Looking For:
 Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or related field
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
