External Relations & Security Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Security & Community Development Lead. The position is responsible for overseeing and integrating the company’s security operations, order activities, and emergency response with community engagement and CSR initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant, and socially responsible operating environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) from a reputable institution
• Strong experience in security management and community engagement (Comdev)
• Possess valid Garda Utama certification (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in managing multi-shift security teams
• Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency response procedures
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills for community engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with local communities and authorities
• Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues constructively
• Familiarity with CSR program design, monitoring, and evaluation
• Strong discipline and ability to foster team integrity and compliance
  
  

Job Descriptions

• Implement and supervise the execution of the Security & Comdev Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Coordinate with relevant Departments within the Company in carrying out security duties.
• Monitor the execution of security duties performed by security personnel.
• Conduct coaching and training and improve the discipline of all security members under supervision.
• Organize and control all security member activities through the Security Coordinator and Security Commander.
• Provide periodic reports to Company Management through the Plant Manager.
• Conduct performance evaluations for the Security Coordinator, Security Commander, and all led security members.
• (Operationally) be responsible to the Plant Manager in carrying out duties.
• Establish contact with individuals, groups, or organizations surrounding the Company (Community Development).
• Collaborate and negotiate with various institutions or professions to ensure the continuity of Company operations.
• Develop good communication with various individuals, groups, and organizations, within the framework of social and environmental awareness programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs or activities.
• Supervise, comply with, and implement occupational health and safety (K3L/HSE).
• Understand, follow, and implement existing company regulations.
• Execute and organize current and future work efficiently and economically in accordance with the Company's interests.
• Maintain, use, and care for all Company equipment and facilities to ensure they remain in good, ready-to-use condition.
• Execute special orders from the direct superior for Company interests.
• Implement and understand HSE (K3L) policies and report any potential hazards.
