Facility Engineer

As an Facility Engineer at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering solutions, maintenance programs, and improvement initiatives to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient facility and equipment operations. The role involves maintenance planning, project execution, technical problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and asset performance optimization to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibility

• Develop and implement maintenance programs, engineering solutions, and project plans to ensure reliable and efficient facility operations.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct technical investigations, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Lead and drive corrective actions to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Develop maintenance schedules and manage manpower, materials, and resource requirements to support maintenance and project activities.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation, specifications, engineering drawings, work instructions, and project records.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and present project progress, maintenance performance, and technical reports to support management decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Plumbing, Building Management, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility-related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D/3D).
• Familiar with maintenance planning and facility management systems
• Proficient in technical software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ArchiCAD, Revit, or SAP2000.
