Job Description

As a Factory Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily factory operations and ensuring efficiency in production processes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Managing and coordinating the engineering and manufacturing teams effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Monitoring and optimising operational costs while maintaining productivity.
  • Analysing production data and preparing reports for management.
  • Maintaining and improving machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leading and mentoring staff to foster a high-performance culture.
