Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company that provides a one-stop learning experience for students to have better access to quality content and service. Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes. However, there are still problems such as equality and disparity to solve. We believe that technology is the key to jump forward to solve this problem.

Job Descriptions

• Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
• Having experience working as a Sales Consultant is an added value.
• Have a strong commitment to work in the sales sector and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Have good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Have the ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to work with high mobility and travel on business.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
