Your new role

As a Field Market Access Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the field-based side of market access – working alongside experienced colleagues to engage stakeholders in pharmacies channel and helping expand patient access to Novo Nordisk products. It's a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with real-world stakeholder engagement, while making a tangible difference for patients and support sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a targeted territory plan to improve product visibility, availability and adoption across retail and chain pharmacies
• Conducting regular field visits to promote products, provide scientific and evidence-based information, and build strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy teams
• Collecting and reporting market insights – including competitor activity, customer feedback and inventory trends – and maintaining accurate documentation of visits, activities and outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies during all interactions and promotional activities
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Supply Chain) to ensure consistent execution and timely issue resolution

Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027 based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.

Your new department
The Field Market access Intern will be based On-site (South Tangerang) and part of our Market Access and Public Affairs (MAPA) department in Jakarta, Indonesia. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable and people-oriented individual who is eager to learn how field market access shapes patient outcomes in healthcare. You will bring with you:

• Recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree programme – preferably in pharmacy, public health, health economics, public policy, political science, or a related science or business field

• Strong interest in healthcare, sales, and customer management.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage diverse stakeholders
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic field-based environment, managing multiple priorities at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience working cross-functionally or leading projects during your studies or through extracurricular activities
