About the position

The Installation & Service Engineer will be responsible for managing installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities across Southeast Asia. This role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, project coordination, and contractor supervision. Experience in dairy farm operations or agricultural environments will be an added advantage

Your responsibilities and tasks

Project Installation & Commissioning

• Execute installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems at customer sites
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Support multiple project implementations across SEA countries

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct service visits for equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Perform preventive and periodic maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide technical solutions and timely issue resolution to customers

Project Coordination

• Collaborate closely with HQ on project planning, execution, and reporting
• Ensure alignment with global standards and procedures

Contractor Management

• Supervise and manage external contractors during installation and project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

Design & Layout Planning

• Design and develop layout drawings for parlors and farm setups
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate and functional technical drawings

Your profile and qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawing and layout design
• Strong background in electrical systems (preferred)
• Experience in dairy farm industry or agricultural projects is a plus
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel frequently across SEA countries
