Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Min. 1-2 year of Finance (Account Payable)/Treasury experience
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with Accounting Software (SAGE) as an added value
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Preparing payment and collection account receivable, and input to ERP sytem
  • Ensure account receivable and account payable activities are performed accurately and timely
  • Perfoming montly bank statement reconciliations
  • Filling document and supporting document
  • Assisting the Finance Manager as needed
