Finance and Operations

About the Role

As a Finance Operations, you will play a key role in managing the company's finance operations while supporting HR administration and corporate compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial processes, support regulatory requirements, supporting employee lifecycle administration, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external advisors to keep our Indonesia operations running efficiently.

Job Descriptions

1. Finance & Accounting

• Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, invoicing, collections, and support cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax consultants for bookkeeping and tax compliance matters.

2. Operations & HR Administration

• Support payroll processing, BPJS administration, employee benefits, and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration (recruitment, contracts, and documentation).
• Maintain HR processes and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.

3. Compliance & Legal Support

• Coordinate with external legal advisors on contracts, licensing, and corporate documentation.
• Support compliance with local tax, labor, and commercial regulations.
• Manage government reporting and administrative filings, including OSS and LKPM.
• Support corporate and employment-related compliance matters.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Finance Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, month-end closing, financial reporting, and expense management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience preparing financial reports or dashboards.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, SPT), payroll processing, BPJS administration, and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with HR administration, employee documentation, and company compliance matters is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
