Finance Apprentice

Job Purpose

To support the Finance team in daily financial and administrative activities while gaining practical exposure to accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and internal control processes. The role provides hands-on learning opportunities to develop foundational finance knowledge and professional business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting administrative processes and financial documentation.

Assist in invoice verification and vendor payment processes.

Supporting the recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.

Maintain completeness of documents and compliance with finance procedures.

Participate in projects to improve and digitize finance processes.

Assist in the preparation of routine financial reports and data analysis.

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis activities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data collection, processing, and reporting.

Qualifications

Final year students or Fresh Graduates from Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related majors.

Have a basic understanding of accounting and finance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Thorough, have good analytical skills, and learn quickly.

Able to work independently or in a team.
