Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We're looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support across Hangry. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and support the company's long-term growth strategy. You'll play a critical role in connecting financial insights with business actions while building scalable processes, systems, and capabilities within the Finance function.
What You'll Do
- Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business growth and strategic objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, evaluate initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to assess investments, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
- Drive continuous improvements in budgeting, reporting, and finance workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting, budgeting assumptions, and business performance analysis.
- Lead scenario planning and risk assessments by translating operational and market changes into financial impacts and recommendations.
- Optimize ERP systems, financial planning tools, and reporting infrastructure to improve data accuracy, automation, and visibility.
- Ensure reporting integrity, compliance with internal policies, and readiness for audits and financial governance requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Analysis, or related finance functions, with experience leading teams or projects.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business case evaluation, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, with the ability to connect accounting impacts to business decisions.
- Experience working with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across multiple business functions.
