Job Description

  • Update service & repair unit data
  • Control data breakdown unit (Repair & Document)
  • Technical service report process (Indication of misused, etc.)
  • Make analysis & unit readiness of each vendor
  • Control project moving unit (Readiness unit, Berita Acara Serah Terima Kendaraan, Berita Acara)
  • Process, control & monitor Incab
  • Create improvements & new solutions for fleet maintenance
  • Realtime update report & data control
  • Lead fleet maintenance supervisor & fleet maintenance area
  • Control & monitor facility pool for unit parking
  • Control & monitor HSE implementation

Requirements

  • Diploma’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year at Logistic & Transportation Company as Supervisor (strong on operation control)
  • Advanced skills in excel, spreadsheets formulas and other office productivity tools.
  • Excellent leadership, integrity, analytical, financial, decision making, communication, responsibility
  • Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
