  • Melakukan penanganan gangguan ringan pada ATM (paper jam, card jam, cash jam, reset, refill kertas).
  • Melakukan visit rutin untuk memastikan ATM berfungsi normal sesuai SOP.
  • Mengganti/menambah consumable (thermal paper, ribbon, cleaning, dsb.).
  • Melakukan troubleshooting awal sebelum eskalasi ke Second Level Maintenance (SLM).
  • Membuat laporan kunjungan, status mesin, dan kendala lapangan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Monitoring, SLM, dan CIT untuk memastikan uptime ATM optimal.
  • Menjaga keamanan area kerja saat melakukan layanan FLM.
