About Foods Indonesia
Foods Indonesia is a €400m+ business with portfolio consisting of 2 big Foods Brand (Bango & Royco) and Juice (Buavita). We are no 1 player in cooking aid and soy sauce category. Historically business has strong track record of growth delivery. Strategic priority is to accelerate growth further at sustained UOM% and cash. We plan to grow mostly through Core and market development, while we plan to extend existing brands to new demand spaces while seed future facing growth segments. Given high inflationary environment we are working to accelerate RGM and Growth Hunter plans to ensure we can finance growth agenda.
Main Responsibilities
Drive effective performance management by overseeing all financial aspects of a company, including accounting, reporting, and compliance, while also driving strategic planning, investment decisions, and risk management. The candidate is a key partner to the BU GM and Leadership Team, ensuring financial health, guiding corporate strategy, and aligning operations with business goals. BU Finance leads the finance team, develops future talent, and promotes financial discipline across the organization, making them both a guardian of fiscal integrity and a driver of long-term value creation.

Performance management
- Enable delivery of target framework (top & bottom line, cash, competitiveness and any other identified KPIs)
- Lead resource allocation across P&L lines within agreed BU target framework
- Drive F4G savings and Gross Margin improvement plans
- Ensure a sustainable business growth and healthy financial achievement
- Drive insightful analytics and high-quality performance reviews
- Own Financial forecast and reduce error and bias
- Act as strategic partner to BU GM and Leadership Team by shaping corporate strategy using financial insight, guiding investment and financing decisions of Business Unit and overall Finance business Partnering for the BU
- Responsible for setting up financial framework to Operating plan for following year, as well as long-term strategic plan for the business unit.
- Risk & Compliance Management : manage risks related to cash flow, capital, and resource deployment, ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate governance, develop frameworks for financial resilience in uncertain markets
- Embed RGM agenda in operation.
- Business partner to CSP to define channel growth and investment strategy across countries within the BU
- Business partner to BU SC Lead to drive strategic SC initiatives enabling build-back of gross margins for the BU
- Drive initiatives to optimize TTS, BMI and ROMI
- Support any M&A initiatives on behalf of the BU, specifically in aspects of Finance & Business transition.
- Lead team of finance business partners
- Develop and coach direct finance teams to build high performance culture
- Strengthen the finance network and connectivity.
Experience & Qualification
- Over 15 years of proven experience in Business Partnering and Performance Management, successfully driving strategic initiatives in the Business Unit.
- Extensive background in BU Finance across a business unit, country, or 1UL.
- Strong track record in leading teams with multiple direct and indirect reports.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across countries, functions, and global teams, with demonstrated ability to build senior relationships and deliver impactful presentations, influence, and communication.
- Solid business and financial acumen, advanced analytical skills, with a “Food Lovers and Growth Hunters” mindset at the core.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and growth-driven, with a hardworking and tenacious attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-finance exposure (FET, SCF, CDF, Controllers) is highly desirable.
- You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others – both your results and your resilience. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.
