You will join a Flagship iconic Pullman leading Premium market in Jakarta with 317 Rooms and the biggest Pillar-less Ballroom of the City.

Pullman Jakarta Central Park is a 5 star hotel located in Podomoro City in West Jakarta adjacent to Central Park Mall, an international award winning shopping icon in Asia.

With 317 beautiful guestrooms & Suites, featuring an Executive Club Lounge, Collage All Day Dining serving International Cuisines, the cozy BUNK Lobby Lounge, 9 meeting & conference venues hosting up to 5.000 delegates, and the relaxing Fit & Spa, the hotel is ideal for business & leisure travelers with its pop-art interior design.

Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and professional individual with a hospitality DNA to be the face of our establishment, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Be ready to:

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Engage with our guests with guenuine passion to welcome
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling all related paperwork and payments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and a smooth-seamless service
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
  • Maintain accurate guest records and hotel information using property management software
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous front office and/or reservations experience is an asset
  • Detail-oriented and numerical aptitude
  • Knowledge of Property Manager systems (Opera) an asset
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • The ability to work with little or no supervision is required.
  • Positive and team-oriented
  • Passion for guest service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, work well under pressure
  • English speaking. Japanese or Mandarin is a must
