Front Office Host - Park Hyatt Jakarta

Summary

• Assists Front Office Team Leader in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual. Front Office Host operation in particular
• Ensures all information including but not limited to restaurants, hotel facilities and other miscellaneous are updated periodically.
• Ensures Guest Experience Management notes are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain the Front Office – Host daily Log book.
• Ensure all incidents are reported and submitted in timely manner.
• Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
• Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
• Familiar with the hotel’s products and services.
• Implement consistent guest recognition programmes and maintains a relevant guest history database.
• Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible hospitality and experience during the Arrival, stay and departure.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Deliver signature experiences for each of the touchpoints a customer has during a Park Hyatt journey.

Qualifications

• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
• Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
• Strong in leadership and business acumen
• Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
