Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated, quality-driven Global Recruitment Partners (Hiring Partners) who specialize in sourcing and want to work remotely, on flexible terms, and with impactful roles.

This opportunity is perfect if you:

• Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Are passionate about identifying top talent
• Prefer to focus on sourcing only, not full-cycle recruitment
• Are looking for a scalable recruitment career
• Want access to high-quality, exclusive roles from top clients
  
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive roles
• Review profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client standards
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand role requirements
• Use sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, etc.)
• Track progress using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Forms
• Continuously improve through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
