Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining & executing corporate communications strategy meant to build a stronger corporate reputation for Shopee including but not limited to in-app campaigns, offline events, CSR activities & partnership initiatives.
  • Project management to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timeline.
  • Write effective brief & meeting notes to ensure all related parties are aligned on the project objective, status & updates.
  • Creative briefing & conception of external communications material for in-app & social media channels
  • Proactively monitor development of public sentiment & narrative related to corporate key imageries, from desk research, social media conversation, news coverage and research findings.
  • Cultivate strong personal relationships & partnerships with related internal & external stakeholders.
  • Administration & clerical support related to legal document & purchase request preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, Public Relations, or related fields
  • 1-2 years working experience
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's social media landscape (Instagram, etc.) and e-commerce dynamics.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate strategic recommendations effectively.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
  • Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented person
  • Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Have experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
