Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Smallholders Department in managing and monitoring the department’s project portfolio through the ASANA platform.
  • Assist in the preparation of professional presentations, reports, and presentation materials as required.
  • Provide administrative support for various Smallholders Department projects, including documentation, data management, and project coordination activities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic software
  • Knowledge of video software is a plus (i.e: Adobe Premiere)
  • Well organized and good attention to details
  • Good communication and collaboration Skills
  • Final Year university / diploma student.
  • Willing to do internship for 3-6 months
