About the location:

Submit to Bali’s embrace at Four Seasons Resort Sayan: a hillside haven bathed in beauty and purity. Arrive via a dramatic treetop bridge to a gravity-defying rooftop lotus pond, beneath which the sacred Ayung valley spreads its tropical arms. Descend through a valley of towering palms, tiered rice paddies and enchanting gardens that cocoon 60 suites and villas. Choose from secluded treetop accommodations or riverside sanctuaries – all featuring traditional ikat fabrics, antique furnishings and Indonesian artefacts.

About the role:

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do:

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, et c.

  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction s with guest will be in person and by phone;

  • Resolves guest complaints , and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests

What you bring :

  • One + years e xperience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation

  • Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences .

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full-time position
  • The working hours will primarily be early mornings and days, during weekdays and weekends.

This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Indonesia. Fluency in Mandarin is required and essential for this position.
