Head Of Community & Reseller

About The Role

Kulakin Indonesia is part of Erdigma Group, focusing on developing a Community & Reseller ecosystem through partnership programs, reseller networks, and digital commerce initiatives including Vitastore. We are looking for a proactive and hands on Head of Community & Reseller to lead community growth, reseller activation, and partnership development both strategically and operationally. This role requires someone who is comfortable working directly in the field, building strong relationships with communities and partners, and driving sustainable business growth through collaboration and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage community, reseller, and partnership programs to support business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, communities, affiliates, and business partners
• Execute community activation and reseller engagement activities both online and offline
• Monitor reseller and community performance to ensure operational effectiveness and target achievement
• Lead and manage the Community & Reseller team to ensure productive and impactful execution
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution, market expansion, and business development initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community development, reseller management, partnership, or business development roles
• Experienced in handling field activities, community engagement, and external partnerships
• Able to lead teams and work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to work onsite and travel if needed
  
  

Requirements

• Willing to work onsite in Purbalingga, Central Java
• Comfortable working both strategically and operationally in the field
• Able to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
• Target-oriented with good analytical and execution skills
• Having experience in reseller ecosystem, community activation, or partnership programs is highly preferred
