Techconnect.id is seeking an experienced Head of Compensation Systems & Rewards Tech to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our compensation management systems and rewards technology. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and managing technology solutions that support our total rewards programs, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to integrate and automate compensation and benefits processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve user experience. You will also oversee vendor relationships, manage system upgrades, and lead projects related to HRIS and rewards technology innovations. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology-savvy professional with a deep understanding of compensation systems and HR technology to drive digital transformation in our rewards management.

Responsibilities

  • Define Strategy: Set the 3-year vision and roadmap for People Tech, focused on Compensation, Equity, and Total Rewards.
  • Deliver AI Platform: Lead the build of a rewards platform using ML/LLM for automated salary review, pay equity analysis, merit allocation, and manager self-serve.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary partner to CPO, CFO, and Legal on compensation policy design, compliance, and board communication.
  • Scale Systems: Ensure architecture supports 10k+ employees across multiple countries and currencies with enterprise-grade security and auditability.
  • Vendor & Data Integration: Manage relationships with HRIS, Workday, Carta, Mercer, and Radford. Drive integration of internal and external data sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation systems, HRIS, or HR technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation management principles and total rewards programs.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate technology contracts.
