Job Description

As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the financial health of the organisation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes effectively.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Leading and mentoring the Accounting & Finance team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitoring key financial metrics and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Finance Should Have

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in the Technology industry or similar sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving financial performance.
