Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to join our executive leadership team. This strategic role is responsible for driving financial performance, governance, and operational effectiveness across our Tannery in Indonesia business unit.
As a trusted advisor to the local leadership team, this incumbent will provide financial leadership, business insight and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and sustainable business growth. This role also serves as a critical liaison between business unit and Headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporation objective, governance standard, financial policies, and performance expectations.
Beyond leading core finance activity, this position also oversees operations financial controls, ensuring efficient utilization of resource and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

The company will support and act as sponsor for the required working permit in Indonesia, ensuring a smooth transition for international candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team, providing financial insight and strategic recommendations
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Drive business analysis and investment evaluation, supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost performance, including logistics and inventory
- Manage financial risks and ensure timely escalation and resolution
- Act as the key interface with Headquarters, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Lead and develop the Finance function, fostering a hands-on, high-performance culture
- Support cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Commercial, HR, and Logistics
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economic/Business Management or any related background, with 10 years of progressive experience, ideally within multinational manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong communication skills
- Excellence in data analytical skills and attention to details
- Proven skills in ERP systems, familiar with SAP and advanced data management
- Fluency in Business English
