We are looking for a hands-on HR manager who builds systems, not just runs them. You will own the full employee lifecycle for our head office and our two farms: hiring, contracts, payroll preparation, BPJS, leave and attendance, and exits. In your first 90 days you will put our HR foundations right: every employee on a signed contract, registered for BPJS, and recorded in our HRIS (Talenta), with clear SOPs our farm teams can follow. After that, you will scale HR with us as we grow toward 2,000 Ton of annual production.
