Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function, including Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company’s business objectives and applicable employment regulations.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, performance issues, and other employment-related concerns.
  • Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs, including salary structures, benefits, payroll coordination, incentives, and employee welfare programs.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR Operations and Administration, including employee lifecycle processes, personnel documentation, attendance, leave management, HRIS, and other HR-related administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, BPJS, THR, working hours, leave, termination, and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
  • Partner with management and business leaders to provide HR advice and solutions on employee-related matters and organizational needs.
  • Lead and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring clear responsibilities, effective performance, and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management to support business and people-related decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external parties, including government institutions, insurance providers, BPJS, payroll vendors, and other HR-related partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience through data-driven and scalable HR practices.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant experience managing HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
  • Proven experience in a Head of HR, HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, or similar leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations, including labor regulations, BPJS, THR, employment contracts, and termination processes.
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop an HR team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with HRIS or other HR management systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
