The Position: Reporting to the Director Health Safety & Environment, this role will see you join a global team of HSE specialists who are partnering across the business and regions on building, developing and strengthening Hexagon’s HSE framework that both enables operational excellence and embodies a culture of safety and environment responsibility.

This role will be an integral business partner to the Indonesia region where you will lead the alignment of corporate strategy in cohesion with regional requirements. You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to build the HSE capability, meet WHS governance requirements & local Indonesia law compliance and embed best‑practice safety management processes across a diverse and dynamic employee workforce within Indonesia

In addition but not limited to the following responsibilities.

• Implement business are and corporate HSE Policies, standards and procedures at site level
• Support hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and implementation of effective control measures.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety observations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and lessons learned for HSE incidents.
• Deliver or support HSE inductions and training for employees and contractors.
  
  

About You

In addition, we are seeking those with the following skills or attributes.

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Indonesian HSE certification (e.g. Ahli K3 Umum) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HSE role within an operational, engineering, industrial, mining, or logistics environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian HSE and environmental legislation.
• Experience supporting audits, site inspections, and incident investigations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, agile environments
• Ability to build cohesive relationship across a multi-level stakeholder group, ability to coach, guide & influence at all levels.
