About The Role

The Hiring Partner is responsible primarily for candidate sourcing and initial qualification based on the requirements of assigned positions.

Hiring Partners work with MatchaTalent's Recruitment Delivery team to identify suitable candidates and submit qualified profiles for further recruitment processes.

This role is suitable for recruiters with experience in agency recruitment, in-house recruitment, executive search, freelance recruitment, or talent sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for junior, mid-level, senior, managerial, and executive positions
• Review candidate profiles against job requirements
• Conduct initial discussions with candidates to assess their background, experience, interest, availability, and expectations
• Submit qualified candidates that meet the requirements of the assigned position
• Provide relevant candidate information and feedback to the MatchaTalent team
• Coordinate with Recruitment Delivery Managers regarding hiring requirements and candidate feedback
• Use sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, professional networks, and social media
• Maintain accurate candidate information using the recruitment tools and processes provided by MatchaTalent
• Follow MatchaTalent's candidate qualification and submission standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or related fields
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, or other sourcing channels
• Good understanding of candidate profiles and job requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidate suitability based on specific requirements
• Detail-oriented when reviewing CVs and candidate information
• Able to work independently and manage sourcing activities effectively
• Professional approach when communicating with candidates and the MatchaTalent team
  
  
  

Hiring Partner Program

This position is part of the MatchaTalent Hiring Partner Program.

Hiring Partners work together with MatchaTalent's internal recruitment team. The Hiring Partner's primary focus is candidate sourcing and qualification, while the MatchaTalent team manages the subsequent recruitment and client coordination processes.

Hiring Partners are evaluated based on the quality and relevance of their candidate submissions.

Qualified Hiring Partners may have the opportunity to progress within the program, including Expert Hiring Partner and Growth Partner roles, subject to performance and program requirements.
