The Housekeeping Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Housekeeping Department by coordinating daily activities, maintaining accurate records, managing communication between departments, and ensuring guest requests and housekeeping operations are handled efficiently in line with Anantara standards.

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room assignments.
• Monitor room status and update the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments regarding room readiness, maintenance issues, and guest requests.
• Prepare daily reports, attendance records, and departmental documentation.
• Handle guest requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate Lost & Found records and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory records for housekeeping supplies and amenities.
• Assist in scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure all departmental records are accurate and confidential.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in achieving departmental goals and service standards.
• Follow all company policies, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
