HR Benefits Intern

SLB is looking for students to join our Human Resources team in Cikarang, Indonesia, for a 6-month internship program that can mature into a position as a full-time employee. In this full Work From Office (WFO) role, you will support HR activities such as recruitment, offboarding, benefits, and payroll while working in a multicultural environment.

A mentor, a manager, a team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice.

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or psychology who wants to pursue a career in HR.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong learning agility
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
