Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Management Human Resources Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist within the FMCG manufacturing industry Understanding about ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and Halal certification required for audit. Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and HR regulations Experienced in KPI evaluation, payroll, BPJS, and PPh21 administration Familiar in using HRIS
