Job Description

Job Summary:**

The HR Information System Specialist at UOB Indonesia serves as the primary subject matter expert responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Bank's Workday platform

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Administer and maintain UOB Indonesia's HR Information Systems (HRIS), including but not limited to data integrity checks, system configuration, and user access management.
  • Support the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of HRIS modules and new functionalities, working closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Develop and generate various HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and business needs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support to HR users, and escalate complex problems to relevant IT teams or vendors.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Coordinate user training sessions and provide ongoing support to HR staff on HRIS usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.
  • Participate in testing new HRIS features, system upgrades, and integrations.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) in an administrator or specialist role.
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and data analysis using HRIS tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
