Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Project Support: Assisting in the management and execution of key People Development & Learning projects.
- Program Coordination: Supporting the coordination of internal training sessions and workshops, and handling all related administrative duties.
- Data & Reporting: Assisting with data entry for learning databases and reporting to help track training effectiveness.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborating on various initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience and build a vibrant workplace community.
We Are Seeking a Proactive And Detail-oriented Individual Who Is Eager To Learn And Grow Within Our Finance Team. You Are a Great Fit If You Are
- A final-year student with a mandatory internship program from your University. An academic background in Psychology or Human Resources is a plus, but all disciplines are welcome.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and other digital collaboration tools
