We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our People and Culture initiatives within our garment manufacturing company for the factory/plant operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture, talent management, and employee engagement.

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement

Provide coaching and support for leadership development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in HR management in garment/apparel manufacturing
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive cultural change within an organization
Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in using HR software and data analytics tools
