Responsibilities:
Payroll and HR administration
- Compiling and verifying payroll data, cooperation with an outsource payroll service
- Managing and archiving local employee documentation
- Ensuring branch documentation complies with local regulations
- Maintaining records of working time, vacations, sick leaves and other absence
- Operational administration of benefits
Onboarding & offboarding
- Operational handling of hiring: documents, medical exams, OHS, access permissions, branch introduction
- Operational handling of separation: settlements, return of company assets, exit documents
Office management
- Ongoing branch administration
- Maintaining an efficient and comfortable work environment
- Organizing on-site office events (team integrations, team meetings, company events)
Employee service
- First point of contact for employees in HR-administrative matters
- Escalation of difficult cases to the People Partner from HQ
Local compliance
- Ensuring HR documentation and processes comply with local regulations
- Cooperation with local authorities and inspection bodies
Supporting the People Partner from HQ
- Performing assigned operational tasks
- Implementing organizational changes at the branch level (documents, local communication)
- Providing HR data (absences, turnover, headcount) for reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of local labor law regulations in Indonesia
- Experience in payroll handling and HR documentation management
- Excellent command of English (communication with HQ) - C1, and fluent command of Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent work organization, independence and accuracy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple operational tasks in parallel
- Experience working in an international organization (cooperation with HQ in Poland)
