Your Impact as Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner

Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner with Consumer & Retail leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, operational priorities, and growth plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce, organizational, and leadership matters.
• Translate business requirements into effective people strategies that drive organizational performance and productivity.
• Identify workforce-related risks and opportunities and recommend suitable interventions to support business continuity and growth.
  
  
  

Organization Effectiveness & Workforce Strategy

• Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure organizational capability aligns with current and future business requirements.
• Evaluate and optimize organizational structures, roles, and workforce deployment.
• Drive productivity improvement and workforce optimization initiatives.
• Support organizational redesign, business expansion, customer transitions, and strategic transformation programs.
  
  
  

Change Management & Transformation

• Lead the people agenda for business transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational impacts of business changes and develop change management strategies.
• Facilitate adoption of new operating models, organizational structures, and ways of working.

Employee Relations & Risk Management

• Provide strategic guidance on employee and industrial relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with leaders to manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

• Coach and advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.

• Ensure effective execution of HR initiatives, policies, and annual people processes.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
  
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations within logistics, supply chain, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and workforce change initiatives.
• Strong experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
