Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate screening to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HRIS, employee data, and recruitment reports.
  • Support payroll administration (data checking) and employee engagement.
  • Manage daily office operations and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Track, update, and maintain accurate inventory and asset management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR/GA.
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes.
  • Practical knowledge of inventory management and general affairs.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance.
