Job Description

  • Daily facility and fleet inspection including 5S implementation
  • In charge for facility and route assessment (safety journey management)
  • Monitor safe operation and maintenance of the working environment, plant and systems
  • Monitor maintenance of safe access and egress to the workplace
  • Monitor safe use, handling and storage of dangerous substances
  • Review arrangements and controls intended to prevent the risk of electrocution from portable or fixed electrical appliances and/or systems
  • Perform road accident investigation & reporting
  • In charge for training 5S & emergency drill for staff, and defensive driving training & safety riding for SPX driver/rider
  • Conduct daily safety briefing for all drivers
  • Monitoring driver qualification and selection process

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environment or Electrical Engineering or any related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as HSE in Logistics or Trucking Company (preferably warehousing)
  • Have basic fire fighting certificate
  • Have a AK3 Umum and Listrik from Kemenakertrans
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet formula and Google Slides)
  • Familiar with Warehouse Safety Management System & 5S Implementation
  • Familiar with Traffic Accident Report
