Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring the employee database (facility location, HRIS, mutation, etc.).
- Handles employee issues (industrial relations).
- Monitors mid-management level fulfillment processes.
- Aligning with operational teams regarding their manpower needs (replacement, additional staff, expansion, etc.).
- Coordinating with Recruiters for external hiring needs (mid-management level).
- Collaborating with operations training teams to assess internal candidates.
- Responsible for overseeing facilities in the Sumatera Bagian Utara II area (Sumatera Barat, Jambi, Kepulauan Riau)
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from Law or related field.
- At least has 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resource Business Partner.
- Has good communication skills and possess excellent team leadership skills.
- Willing to travel across Sumatera Bagian Utara II area (Sumatera Barat, Jambi, Kepulauan Riau).
- Willing to comply to 5-days work-from-office scheme in Kota Padang.
